After 21 successful years at the helm of ORCA Services AG, company founder Rolf Gerber is initiating a generational transition. He will step down from his operational management role effective June 1, 2026. Nicole Buser will succeed him and lead the company as its managing director going forward.

Continuity and fresh impetus

By planning its succession strategy well in advance, ORCA Services AG is setting the course for continued growth. Rolf Gerber will serve as an advisor to the company during a transition period and will remain a member of the Board of Directors.

Nicole Buser has been with the company for a year and has spent that time familiarizing herself thoroughly with the clients, projects, and internal processes. Drawing on her experience and understanding of the company culture, she is taking on operational responsibility.
