Barakonda offers you a simple user interface via web browser, which conceals clear structures, automated processes and many useful functions. With the help of the search function and various filters, you will always find the data you need. You determine the escalation process for your incidents yourself.

All incidents can be settled independently and directly in the integrated customer portal by passengers without a valid ticket. Especially those who forget their season ticket will benefit from no longer having to present it at a ticket counter.

The payments received are transferred directly to the respective transport company. By merging several transport companies, we can offer the customer portal at particularly attractive conditions.
